is the wholly owned subsidiary of Northern States Financial Corporation.
Established by a group of local businessmen in 1962, the Bank of Waukegan
is a full service commercial bank with six branches located throughout
Lake County, Illinois. Today, it remains the only locally owned and
operated commercial bank within its immediate market area. A strong local board of directors over-sees the Bank; all of who are local businesspeople committed to the community.
