Our most important asset is our people. It is our people who represent our Company, and as we merged our subsidiaries we needed to define the Company’s mission statement to ensure all of our employees understood the newly formed Bank’s vision.

The Bank’s strategic planning committee adopted the new NorStates Bank mission statement in early 2005. The strategic planning committee hosted an all-employee 2006 Kick-off Celebration where the vision of the new Bank was shared and the strategies for 2006 were set in motion.
