Market Prices and Dividend Information

The table below sets forth the high and low sales prices for Pool Corporation’s common stock as reported by the NASDAQ Global Select Market and dividends declared for each quarter during 2005 and 2006. Payment of future dividends will be at the discretion of our Board of Directors, after taking into account various factors, including earnings, capital requirements and surplus, financial position, contractual restrictions and other relevant business considerations. We plan to continue to pay quarterly dividends, but there can be no assurance that dividends will be declared or paid any time in the future if our Board of Directors deems that there is a better use of those funds. As of February 20, 2007, POOL had approximately 31,270 beneficial holders of our common stock.

Stock Performance Graph

The graph below compares the total stockholder return on our common stock for the last five fiscal years with the total return on the Nasdaq US Index and the S&P MidCap 400 Index for the same period, in each case assuming the investment of $100 on December 31, 2001 and the reinvestment of all dividends. We believe the S&P MidCap 400 Index includes companies with comparable capitalization. Additionally, we have chosen the S&P MidCap 400 Index for comparison, as opposed to an industry index, because we do not believe that we can reasonably identify a peer group or a published industry or line-of-business index that contains companies in a similar line of business.
