| COVINGTON, La. May 27, 2005--SCP Pool

today that Wilson B. Sexton, Chairman of the Board and Craig K.
Hubbard, Treasurer will be participating in the Sidoti & Company 2nd
Annual Boston Emerging Growth Institutional Investor Forum. The
conference is scheduled for June 6 - 7, 2005 at the Ritz Carlton
Boston Common in Boston and is by invitation only. Mr. Sexton and Mr.
Hubbard are slated to present on June 7 at 8:30 am EST. Their
presentation slides will be posted on POOL's website at that time.
